Forth Annual Paticipation

Cubscout Pack 47 will have a booth at Scarborough SummerFest 2005.  We are going to need volunteers to manage the booth throughout the evening. The theme for our area will be carnival games. See below for details on how you can support this event. Your participation in this event is requested.

The games that we have for our booth are: Bean Bag Toss, Ring Toss, Milk Bottle Toss and Golf. Each of these game stations will need to be managed by an adult and scout. We will have prize and ticket sales tables that will need to be managed.  We may  also be selling pop-corn at our booth. Needs to be confirmed.

4:30 - 5:00 Setup
5:00 - 8:30 Games

Each game (4) will need a scout and an adult at all times.

Ticket sales and game table will need an adult.

This means that we will need 10 people at all times to run the show.

Clean-up

Positions
* Adults to take cash and assist.
If we are along the fence we may need a boy to fetch any balls that go over the fence during game time.
* Scouts to keep the games going and help at the prize table.
* Pop-Corn Sales
will require an adult to manage the table.

We are going to be managing the booth with a flexible schedule.  I found that a number of the volunteers last year stayed throughout the event.  When you sign up please just state your available.
